Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal ice cream, we are unable to accept physical returns; however, we are committed to ensuring you love every scoop with our Reshipment Guarantee.

Return Process

  Inspect Your Delivery

  Check your package immediately upon arrival to ensure the dry ice has kept your pints frozen and that the contents are in perfect condition.

  Document Issues

  If your ice cream arrived melted or damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product to help us process your claim quickly.

• 3.
  Contact Customer Support

  Email our team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos to initiate a request for a replacement or store credit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Reshipment

  Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a fresh shipment of your favorite flavors to be delivered to your doorstep at no additional cost.
